This hotel rocks and their customer service is out of this world!!! I booked through Booking.com a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa for our party of 4 adults and 2 children. We checked in and went to our room to find 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Went back down to tell them it was the wrong room. They told us that is what Booking had sent them and they didn’t have another room with 2 queen beds. She told us to wait and they would see what they could do. In about 20 minutes, they called to say the GM told them to give us a second room for free. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great!!! We have found our new “go to” hotel in Pigeon Forge!!! Highly recommend!!!

Our fridge wasn’t working and even though we didn’t notice until 9pm, they sent up a serviceman and had the issue fixed within 30 minutes. He brought us a new fridge and installed it. That quality service will have us being loyal to your hotel from now on. Free breakfast was great. The pool options were wonderful. The location was SUPERB and we loved having the full kitchen in our room. Pillows had a variety of softness and firmness and the bed was form but not too firm! I slept very well all 4 nights . Our room was on the second floor facing the pool and we loved that

Clean , well kept beautiful grounds surrounding the hotel. Pools were nice, pool areas were clean and kept up. There was an indoor and outside pool, lazy river and small kids pool. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, kitchen was nice to have even though we didn't do any cooking. Breakfast was ok, a few warm items and the usual things you'd expect. All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Great location off the Pigeon Forge parkway away from heavy traffic but only a few minutes back to parkway. Would recommend hotel to families or couples.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had no issues during our stay. The cleaning staff was very thorough and they were very nice as well. The room was clean, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was very homey down to the windows that we could open and let fresh air in. The beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in during a hotel stay. I loved having the kitchenette in the room and the room itself was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very kid friendly! We traveled with our grandchildren ages 4 and 11. They loved the indoor pool and outdoor lazy river and splash pad. It was especially nice to have the kitchen with the full sized refrigerator and ice maker for their evening snacks and the breakfast buffet was an added bonus since all the rooms have kitchens. The staff was always very helpful and courteous.
